What was our solution?
The Silverbean team acted quickly to strengthen the programme’s foundations and create the conditions for scalable growth.
Programme Audit
The first step was a comprehensive audit of the affiliate programme, which identified low-quality partners to remove, highlighted partners with untapped potential, and revealed recruitment gaps. This gave the team a clear roadmap for where to focus resources in the early stages.
Targeted Recruitment Strategy
The team focussed on Closed User Groups, Cashback and Content partners, categories chosen to diversify the mix and deliver both immediate revenue and long-term brand alignment.
Launch packages were secured with strategically chosen partners including TopCashback, Reward Gateway, Network, and Easyfundraising. This lay the groundwork for strong visibility and growth as the programme scaled.
Compliance Overhaul

Compliance was another critical area. The Silverbean team rolled out a new Affiliate Welcome Guide, providing partners with approved, compliant copy, offers, and a bank of creative assets to ensure all messaging remained on-brand. A vetting process for new partners was also introduced, and nine partners updated their imagery and copy as a direct result of this compliance overhaul.
Partner feedback was also incorporated into compliance improvements to strengthen creative consistency and ensure partners were aligned with the brand.
Tracking Issues
The team also tackled pre-existing tracking issues, which had been masking true revenue potential. By fixing broken tracking, the team were able to deliver accurate reporting and unlock a step change in measurable performance.
Commission Structure Redesign
Finally, a new commission structure was introduced to incentivise higher AOV products, such as Weight Loss, while grouping partners more effectively. This not only protected ROI but also created immediate cost efficiencies, ensuring investment worked harder without inflating spend.
